✨ This space has grown into something so much more… ✨

What started as a personal page has evolved into something much bigger.

Bloom & Build Hub was created from my experience as a teacher and youth worker, where I saw firsthand that when a child feels seen, understood, and valued… everything changes.

They soften.
They engage.
They begin to believe in themselves.

I know the power of one moment… one shift…
one person who sees you differently can make, and Bloom & Build hub is all about creating those moments.

Bloom & Build exists to build unshakable self-belief in young people.

We strengthen internal foundations early,
so young people don’t grow into teens and adults
who feel lost, unseen, or disconnected from themselves.

Because self-belief doesn’t just change behaviour…
it changes life trajectories.

At Bloom & Build Hub, we focus on building confidence, self-belief, and strong internal foundations, before self-doubt and disconnection take hold.

Through movement, challenge, connection, and mindset, we’re creating a space where kids can:
✔ Feel supported
✔ Build confidence
✔ Trust themselves
✔ Grow into who they’re capable of becoming

This is just the beginning 🌱

And if you’re new here, welcome ✨

Life Lately ☀️🐶🌊🌿🍇🌻🦋🧘🏼‍♀️ by @rebekahboon_

I DID IT!! 👏

I have officially completed my Life Coaching certification, and I am now a Certified Life Coach!

For years, I battled anxiety, self-doubt, and a harsh inner critic. I was trapped in a cycle of people-pleasing, seeking validation outside myself, and constantly feeling like I wasn’t enough. I numbed out, self-sabotaged, and lived in survival mode, believing that happiness was just out of reach.

But everything changed when I decided to stop running and start rebuilding.

✨ I silenced my inner critic and replaced it with kindness.
✨ I broke free from self-sabotaging patterns.
✨ I stopped chasing validation and redefined my self-worth.
✨ I healed deep emotional wounds and regulated my nervous system.

And for the first time in years, I looked in the mirror and truly loved the person staring back at me.

I’m proud of me, and proud of how far I have come 🤍
