The twelfth year with the best person I know. My personal heater. The kindest friend. The keenest observer. I’ve raised a nerd, who had the best day skipping school and going to Disney with some grandparents who spoiled Clem quite enough to make his droid dreams come true, and feel brave enough to ride space mountain. taken in Disneyland Park Anaheim by @rebekbranan

11 years ago I met my best friend. Clemens is truly hilarious, he has a sharp tongue and sharp wit and a very sharp brain, but he is the softest, most empathetic human. I can’t imagine I’ll come across anybody as brave, as kind, and literally as warm. I miss him when I drop him at school and I’m happy to wake up first so I can gently wake him and immediately receive an “I love you” and a smile and a “hug please,” from him. He is interested in so many things I am not, which pleases me to no end. Strangers to me want to instantly befriend him, but he knows who his ride or dies are. I love him as much as I thought I would, but I never knew I’d like him this much, or as consistently. Cheers, and happy birthday to the corner piece in my puzzle. (Also, he’s gorgeous, and he wanted me to say The Admiral is perfect) by @rebekbranan

It’s been traumatic and beautiful and nobody has been more brave through all of the New than Clemens. The past decade with him has been the best of my many lives, and It’s pure joy to see him thrive. Happy birthday Clemens, thanks for being my ride or die, for being the most trustworthy, hilarious friend and giving me the best job in the entire GD world. by @rebekbranan

Memphis to NYC to Mississippi to Texas and New Orleans, Ojai and Ventura and Los Angeles. We said goodbye to our home and things and hit the road, keeping our minds on the present and future. We’ve been cradled by family and friends and food and adventure (and therapy). It’s been an exhausting and exciting 5 months with my best buddies. by @rebekbranan

Clemens competed for the first time, this morning. Couldn’t be more proud of him for putting himself out there and trying something new. He got both a 1st and 2nd place medal, and he is proud of himself which rules. 🙌🏻 by @rebekbranan
