Happy National Gymnastics Day 2026! 🤸‍♀️💙

This year, we wanted to take a moment to thank gymnastics for everything it has given us.

This sport teaches us so many lessons and gives us so much more than skills. It gives us friendship, strength, confidence, perseverance, memories, and a place to grow.

None of our athletes, coaches, or staff would be where we are today without gymnastics. We are so grateful for every lesson, challenge, accomplishment, and memory this sport has given us.

Dear Gymnastics, thank you. 💙

Over the past few weeks, the girls were split into two teams for a group dance competition! Each team chose a captain, picked a song together, and then got to work choreographing, practicing, and fine-tuning all the little details. 💃🏼✨

With just a little help from their coaches along the way, this is what they came up with—and I’ve got to say, they did SO good! 🥹👏🏼 by @reboundersxcelteam

Every year, our hearts break a little when Coach Riley heads back to school. However, this year she’s off on an even bigger adventure: studying abroad in Barcelona! ✈️🌍💙

Of course, a proper send-off called for Chick-fil-A, gifts, lots of laughs, and one last fun practice together! (including the dance off of a life time judged by coach Kai)

Coach Riley, we love you and hope you have the BEST fall semester traveling, learning, and making once-in-a-lifetime memories. We can’t wait to hear all about it when you’re back for winter break! 💙🤸 by @reboundersxcelteam

Gwen spent today at intensive camp instead of practice, and while her teammates definitely missed having her with them, they couldn’t be more proud of everything she’s accomplishing. ❤️

This is what it’s all about. lifting each other up, cheering one another on, and celebrating every success. Their friendship truly melts our hearts. 🥹🤍 taken in Rebounders Gymnastics by @reboundersxcelteam

Our next generation of Rebounders Xcel athletes had their end-of-year showcase today! They faced fears, showed off their incredible potential, and looked so cute while doing it.

A huge thank you to Coach Jahnae and Coach Lexi for the phenomenal work and dedication they’ve poured into our Mini Team and Plus Team athletes. We can’t wait to see how far these gymnasts will go!💙⭐️🤸🏽‍♀️ by @reboundersxcelteam
