I’ll probably always have a love/hate relationship with social media, but a friend of mine reminded me that “Paul wrote letters to the churches proclaiming the love and truth of Christ. So let it be a letter to the world.” by @rece.jackson

Last night at U-Nights, we talked about LOVE— the kind of love that starts with God, sacrifices, serves, and puts others first.

1 John 4:19 reminds us, “We love, because He FIRST loved us.”

We don’t love to earn God’s love, we love because we’ve already received it 🫶🏼

Self-control isn’t just willpower, it’s choosing what’s important over what feels urgent🫀

The flesh will always show up loud, but through the Spirit, we can learn to choose what honors God before the moment ever comes.

“The fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.”
— Galatians 5:22–23

Don’t just fight the flesh. Feed the Spirit.

See you this Thursday, October 08 @ 6:45PM!
