Portland .. we’re bringing the smoke! 🔥

Gaaeng Supper Club is a Boston-based Thai pop-up celebrating regional Thai cuisine through seasonal ingredients, and flavors rarely found outside Thailand

For one night only, we’re taking over @theportlandzoo with an Isan (Northeastern Thailand)-inspired charcoal grill pop-up full of bold flavors, cold drinks, and backyard BBQ energy

If you’ve never had Isan food before, think of it as Thailand’s ultimate party food—smoky grilled meats, funky fermented flavors, spicy salad, fresh herbs, ice-cold beers, and dishes made to share

To make the night even better, our friend DJ Nik Luis (@realnikluis ) of @recess.wav will be keeping the patio alive with music all evening

Come hungry. Bring your friends. Order a few dishes, share everything, and spend the evening eating, drinking, and hanging out with us
