And that’s it. — the Record Box is officially closed. It truly feels like the end of an era. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for the love, support, and memories you’ve all shared with me. You’ve made this place so much more than just a shop, but a place for community. I hope to see you at the closing party this Thursday — let’s give the shop the proper send-off it deserves. ❤️🎶

Finally caught my white whale (blue whale?) — and all it took was a trip down to Long Beach to grab it from Jose, owner of @recordbox_lb. I used to dig at his shop when it was still open, so it was cool reconnecting and buying this record from him after he posted it.

Spent a few days digging through a house full of records! From what I have gathered it was owned by a vendor at an antique mall, and had been just sitting in there for YEARS, until bought by the new owner. I pulled out some grails and records I’ve never found before! TONS of records! Here are a few photos of my favorite finds. It’s gonna take me a while to get through my haul, but you can jump on to my website to see as I go. So, save this post and jump back regularly.
