I am thrilled to announce my commitment to the admissions process at Harvard University to further my academic career and compete in Division 1 volleyball!It has been an incredible journey! All of the ups and downs have been so worth it to arrive at this moment! I’m at a loss for words to describe the love and support that has been poured into me throughout the years from coaches and my family. I have been blessed with the absolute best people on the planet as role models in my life, and I am so grateful. My parents have been the biggest inspirations. The unwavering love and support they have shown me are qualities I hope to emulate toward others. They’ve also always reminded me to lean on my faith when I’ve felt lost or felt a lack of purpose in the mundane of the daily grind, and to keep my eye on the goal. Additionally, I absolutely could not have been in this position without my trainers Marcus Boswell and Bruce Johnson. From the early morning trainings to the last minute sessions and the incredible guidance in between, they have been in my corner and ready to put me to work. I think they sometimes had even more faith in me than I did in myself, and I will be forever grateful for their wisdom, mentorship, and belief in me.The AJV gym and my incredibly talented teammates have pushed me to be my best everyday that I’ve stepped onto the court. Thank you so much, Colby, for being a listening ear and a supportive voice throughout my recruiting process since the very beginning.Coach Weiss, Aaron, and Kyle - words cannot express how stoked I am to compete for you all in the program you’ve built. I am beyond excited and extremely grateful to announce my commitment to Georgetown University to continue my athletic and academic career! I am so grateful to the Lord for guiding me and providing me with opportunities I could only dream of! He has provided me with the amazing people who surround me, and have helped me learn and grow each day to be a better person. To my family, thank you for being my greatest supporters and the best mentors. Thank you mom and dad for all the driving, traveling, and being there for me no matter what. Thank you for all the prayers and guidance, and thank you for displaying so much love in my life. I am truly grateful. Thank you so much to all my coaches and mentors at @austinjuniors for all the support and love I have received. Thank you for helping me grow and providing a fun and comforting environment for me these past five years.
