The real cheat code in the Signal Corps? Finding that one civilian who has a notebook full of workarounds you won't find in any manual. 🤝📈

➡️What is your best piece of advice for junior troops working with tech SMEs?

Two things come to mind: Discipline and character. 💯 @MoreBrassMoreAmmo🇺🇸 dropped this gem in the comments, and it’s the ultimate truth. You don’t have to like waking up freezing at 0530 for formation, but you do have to honor your word.

Hating the early morning grind doesn’t make you soft, letting it stop you from executing does.

➡️How do you separate your feelings from your duties when the alarm goes off? Drop your thoughts below. 👇

Deployments? Fine. Rotations? No problem. But standing at 0530 formation in 30-degree weather just to be counted? That’s what tests my soul.” 🥶💀

When you put on the uniform, you represent something bigger than yourself. You never know who’s watching—a junior Soldier, a future recruit, or someone looking for an example. How you carry yourself and present your uniform sets the standard. Pride in ownership, every single day. 🫡🇺🇸

Hot take: The standard is taught right. It’s what happens after they get to the unit that changes things.

What are your thoughts?

The intent: Olympian. The execution: Bare minimum Monday😂🤧. Who else stretches like this before their 2 mile? 🫡📉

Fresh cut, stay in regulation, and ready to hit the town... or so I thought. 💀 Shoutout to @ginathebarber near Fort Jackson for always keeping me sharp and up to standard‼️

Fellas, never think a fresh fade is going to buy you a solo trip. Blink and the whole family is pulling up😂🤝
