🍜 Have you tried pulling your own noodles?.Comment “SAVE” and I’ll DM you the recipe..Two weeks ago, I had the joy of being a guest chef at a supper club organised by @eseacooks at @cccc.bloomsbury . .With a wonderful team of volunteers, we cooked for 60 diners with a six-course menu inspired by the flavours of northwestern China, where I grew up..The highlight was inviting every guest into the kitchen to try hand-pulling noodles. Some were tentative, others jumped right in, but soon everyone was stretching dough and cheering each other on..The noodles were served with 大盘鸡/Dapanji, a braised chicken dish made for sharing, which made the moment even more special..Everything came together beautifully. The volunteers brought incredible energy, the guests were curious and open, and the room felt warm from start to finish..🔥Through this event, we raised £900 fund for the community centre!.Watch out for @eseacooks ‘s future events.
