Tsawwassen to Duke Point
The second those doors close and the ship pulls out, the switch flips. Two hours on the Strait. No shortcuts, no hustle, just the cold salt air, the steady hum of the engines, and miles of open water ahead.
Maybe is because I grew up on the prairies, endless land , but no ocean. Maybe that’s why this still hits different. Something about being surrounded by all this water just sits right, it resets my mind in a way nothing else does.
Two hours is the sweet spot. Long enough to drop your shoulders and clear your head before hitting the island. by @redantdc

First night on the lake fire, good food, and sleeping under the stars, waking up to fresh mountain air, breakfast on the water, and surrounded by the people who matter most. Having my kids here alongside my business partner and brother JR and his swimming cat Bun , on one of the most beautiful lakes on earth… this is the real dream. Grateful for where we’ve been, where we are right now, and the massive future we are building together. #Gratitude #FamilyFirst #StaveLake #LivingTheDream #NextChapter by @redantdc

Just a few weeks ago, I was gifted a beautiful native drum with the spirit of the eagle etched into it on my trip to Tacoma. This morning? Three eagles met me on my walk. God speaks in powerful ways. by @redantdc
