🐉 🎤 Fantasy & Magic Con 2026 🎤🐉

The big one is here! After some Resident Evil and Expedition 33-themed posts, I wanted to post and shout excitedly about hosting THREE panels across the weekend in Warsaw, as well as the many wonderful people I got to spend time with across the weekend!

Interviewing has been a passion of mine for years, and I've wanted to bring that to the IRL convention space for a while now, so I'm truly so blessed to have got to do it to such a large audience in Warsaw and discuss three things I truly love - Baldur's Gate 3, Good Omens and comic book media - so I really felt like a fan of everyone on stage ❤️

Huge thank you to Kinga and the entire team at @fantasymagiccon, the actors, agents and staff I spent so much time with through hosting, helping at tables and everything in-between and everyone who's messaged me since to say that they were glad to meet me or enjoyed the panels. I can't even BEGIN to tell you what that means to me. It was such a joy to spend an entire weekend surrounded by such wonderful people both inside and outside the con, those I knew already and those I met that weekend. Special shoutout to my mum who declared she was coming the second she knew I was hosting panels - truly my biggest fan ✨

Believe it or not, I do have more photos from this weekend to share so keep an eye out for extras as the weeks go on...

See you next August for round 2, Warsaw ❤️🙏

Introducing... The Quantum Doctor 🔶

I'm not exaggerating when I say that I've been waiting to share this for more than 2 years, but I'm honoured to share that I've been casted in @dynamicworks2012 as their "first Doctor" in the remastered series of the DW2012 Doctor Who fan films, joining fantastic people like @tardisboy987, @meg.h.s and @dominusoftime (and a whole bunch of other awesome castmates who you'll see plenty of as I begin to post all the BTS photos I've been hanging on to for years)!

In 2023, Luke offered me the chance to join the cast of his show and I quite literally bit his hand off, and since then we've been working together closely to craft a Doctor that is unique to me and someone I can have a genuine blast portraying. It feels so special to return to something I loved growing up (I used to go to acting workshops when I was younger... let's hope I learned a thing or two!) in the one dream role I'd always wanted. We've chatted extensively about his plans for the future of the show, and it's going to be genuinely incredible.

Luke's work on this Doctor Who fan film series is (without bias) some of the most incredible fan work I've ever seen, and he and Meg are two of my closest friends who I am truly blessed to now get the chance to work with properly. I'm nervous and excited all in one!

Quantum has been designed to reflect me as a person, and that's clearest in the costume - with a long coat, converse and a striking orange colour scheme, I've combined elements from some of my favourite main series Doctor costumes to make something truly special to me and I'm SO incredibly proud of it 🧡

Of course, since this is Doctor Who everything is very wibbly-wobbly-timey-wimey... while I won't appear in the main series until a little later in Series 1 in 2026, I'll be kicking everything off with a special minisode THIS CHRISTMAS! 🎄🎄🎄

Every kid that grows up watching Doctor Who dreams that they could be them one day... now I've actually got a chance. No pressure, right?

Want to see what's happened so far? Head to the DW2012 channel on YouTube and watch Series 5!

Let's do this.

Since 2023, I've been part of a (very small?) club who could say "David Tennant ate my face". Now, I can say "David Tennant nearly ate himself eating my face". Maybe that caption needs work.

Yes, today was finally the day. At @mcmcomiccon May 2025 I was able to meet David Tennant again, the first time since my episode of @antanddec Limitless Win - and I had a cake custom-printed to mark the occasion 😏

The second I presented it to him, he recognised and remembered it instantly and was ready to pose for the photo! Sadly his autograph desk was running a little too quickly to get the cake out again to offer him a slice, but I did get to ask him about filming the video and tell him how much it meant to me to always have that video even thought we didn't win any money on the show. Huge shoutout to @british_geek_101 for snapping the 4th image (he was probably more interested in getting a picture of David but I'm glad he chose to do it while I was there 😂)

Enjoy the digital photos (including a second photo I got with The 14th Doctor's sonic) as well as a slightly-badly-cropped clip of the infamous Limitless Win moment, in case you somehow haven't seen it yet...

I finally got to meet the incredible @tessarosejackson earlier this week on her Liverpool tour stop! Tessa wrote the soundtrack for both Life is Strange: Double Exposure and Reunion (and is also just generally INCREDIBLY talented) and I've been waiting for a chance to meet her and get my vinyls signed 🥺

The pictures don't do justice to how incredible this intimate show was, genuinely such a wonderful experience - not least of all because it was entirely acoustic but with the backing of a string quartet! If you ever get a chance to see her play live, take it!

Local man combines two fandoms into one photo...🛡️ 🔑

Finally got to meet @wellhayley at @ftlofantasyscifi a couple of weeks ago and as a fan of both Peggy Carter AND Mission Impossible (her first film, Dead Reckoning, being the first one I ever saw) I was so excited to get a photo that brought both of those loves together!

Was also a joy to finally get an autograph from @johncena, who I showed our photo to from Liverpool Comic Con last year and got to have a small chat with, which was amazing.

Also hung out with some lovely friends, which made it even better! Enjoy a few pics from the weekend ✨❤️

Last week, I was able to (properly, not counting the Proms in 2024) meet the final of the 3 modern Doctor Who showrunners - the wonderful @russelltdavies63! It was a joy to finally get to properly tell him how much I loved his writing, both inside and outside of Doctor Who (with 15 being a really special Doctor to me) ✨

This was at a screening/panel of Tip Toe Episode 5 at @scene_festival in Manchester - a really fascinating panel where I even got to ask Russell a question about his writing (might post that as a reel soon...). I was also able to catch director Peter Hoar, who also worked on Doctor Who and the incredible third episode of Season 1 of The Last Of Us ❤️

Sometimes all you need is a photoshoot with one of your friends ✨

The final MCM Birmingham 2026 post is here, and it's my mini-shoot with my dear friend @lizah_aart that we did together on the Friday! From the autograph board to the creator wall and a cool little jungle-y area (hence the song choice 😏), here's some of my favourite pics Lizah snapped of me. I'm so grateful to her for taking this time with me - especially on her birthday, no less! 🎉

One last time, thank you to the folks at @mcmcomiccon for the Creator Pass - MCM is always a blast and I feel doing 4 posts about it really shows that I'm not just saying that 😂 can't wait for London in October ❤️ #gifted #mcmbirmingham2026 #comiccon #mcmcomiccon #photoop by @redarcherlive
