This monster grinder from @harborfreight is S-Tier when it comes to damascus (when coupled with a cup wheel).... It's the Hercules 15am 7-9 grinder.... Heavy, but effective! by @redbeardops

If your grip strength is high enough you can hold the cap in the canister while you weld with a clamp! #themoreyouknow....

For my 3D printers these are the materials I use the most... PLA+ and PETG. PLA+ makes 90% of my fixtures and jigs.... and PETG is used when I need something with more heat resistance. They're not like steel, but I think you'd be surprised at their strength at times!
