About me as a photographer. I found my love for Photography through planning my own wedding! I completely fell in love with wedding photography. I knew that using my teaching degree was not for me and instead I turned my focus to Photography. A year after our wedding I started shooting for fun. Fun turned into 12 years of shooting weddings, 17 years as a photographer. Now I shoot Elopements, lifestyle shoots, portraits/headshots and boudoir.

I am a love addict! I love capturing love and I spend all my free time reading romance books! I love romantic movies above all other genres as well!

That's it! Just a little bit about me! Drop a comment to say hello! by @redbloomphotography

Family session announcement🤍

For the foreseeable future and possibly indefinitely I will be only be taking family sessions with children over the age of 6 years old. This age is a much better match for the way I document families. My style has always been more posed and directed then candid. And when I find myself looking at friends photos who are more candid and documentary I know in my heart that I would prefer to refer young families to them and focus on capturing older families! I'm confident in this decision knowing this is where my style really shines and also knowing I have a handful of extremely talented friends to refer to.

I will be announcing a couple fall dates asap.

With this announcement my family sessions are now open to anyone who connects with my style! And if your kids are younger then 6 please reach out for referrals. I am happy to send them.

I will still be capturing lifestyle newborn sessions parents & baby 🤍 by @redbloomphotography

Take this as a sign to book an anniversary session! by @redbloomphotography

I had two people message me asking if I offered headshots/portraits recently so I figured that was a sign I haven't been posting them enough! Yes I absolutely do! These aren't your stiff studio headshots. These have a casual laid back feel while still being posed. I offer 3 styles. Two against backdrops (black or tan) and also ones against my black feature wall.

Pricing starts at $350+gst for a mini or I have an option for a longer session as well if you want to make it more of a branding session.
