Swapped the BFe onto a full 29er wheelset with lighter 2.4 tyres and popped out for a gentle afterwork spin.

Even riding carefully on dusty trails, boy it’s quick!

Ride feel is firmer than the Solaris, but still composed and fluid, especially through stutter bumps. Like a well sorted GTi, for petrolheads.

I had high expectations of radness from the @coticbikes #bfe, but the maiden ride was even better than expected!

On suspiciously dry #dyfi trails, it was a real party bike. Plenty of pop and play, and also the Cotic feeling of flow from the steel chassis working with the trail, not against it.
