Heavy rainfall has affected many parts of Lagos, causing flooding in some communities and making movement difficult.

The Nigerian Red Cross Lagos State Branch is monitoring the situation, and your report can help us reach affected communities faster while keeping others informed and safe.

📍 If your area is affected:

Tell us your location.
Share a clear flood picture in the comments or via 08023641407 or 08023310969.
Let us know the current situation in your community (water level, blocked roads, stranded residents, etc.).

⚠️ Safety First:

Avoid walking or driving through floodwaters where possible.
Stay away from open drains, fallen power lines, and fast-moving water.
Keep children indoors and move to higher ground if flooding worsens.
Follow updates from relevant emergency and weather agencies.

🤝 Together, we can help protect lives by sharing timely, accurate information.
