Getting back to my fitness journey after my second baby — not starting over 🤍

Between postpartum life, building a business, and navigating the mental and physical load of motherhood, I didn’t stop caring about fitness… I simply paused.

This season is about getting back into a fitness routine after baby 2, returning to movement gently, and rebuilding strength in a way that fits real mom life.
