This meet was my craziest and best meet so far. To start off Sunday (4 days out) I sustained a shoulder injury where my shoulder either had a minor tear or a crazy strain left my right arm practically immobile. I could not raise my arm above 45° without a stabbing sensation that left my on the verge of tears. I was hopeless, stricken with grief and felt like all else failed. In that moment I knew not what to do, in time like that I just pray, and that I did. Tuesday night I prayed that my shoulder would be healed for my comp and that it was. I was able to move my arm Wednesday morning proving to my coach I can maybe bench. And possible get under the bar for squat.
This humbling moment made me remember why I wanted to start posting and compete on such a high level and it was to glorify with my body. To pray that I might be a light of the world so bright I have those who are swallowed by anguish, fear and doubt come to me and I might show them how to take off their chains and leave them.

Big thank you to my handling team @jefflifts8 @joeybliftsheavy for being there and making proper calls. Love you boys more than I can put into words.

The ONLY people I want to give thanks to is my Lord and PERSONAL SAVIOR JESUS CHRIST. Although I often find myself so far away from him the Bible says if we come to him and repent out of our hearts he will be quick to forgive us. Such an abundant grace that not creation can imitate.
Secondly JPT. My Coach Primetime Perez got me this far to be the first National Qualifying athlete. I can’t wait to just go further if it be in the Lords will.
Although I want to crash out it would be in vain. Back to the lab so that when I go to Nat’s I have proper management and attention. Shoutout @xen3os for the partial handle 🫶. taken in Sheffield, UK by @redeemedant

Luke’s piece aligns with 1st century historians believe to be a historical serious retelling due to this preface.

Man I was so grateful to have the pleasure to meet @cliffeknchtle and @stuart_knechtle . I remembered those hard nights where I thought I was living for nothing and was close to no longer being on the earth and listening to them throughout the years saved me and reaffirm my faith the reason and logic. taken in Saxe Middle School by @redeemedant

When I say hypocritical it’s more so ironic because they lived nothing up to their purpose as we read.

Elimelech (my God is* King) and yet people did what was good in his eye and there was no king in Israel (judges 21:25)

Naomi (pleasant) evoked psalm 16:6, which in contrast her and her husband were dissatisfied by the boundary lines by God.

Mahlon - (sickness/ weakness), foreshadow to his quick death but also highlights the theme of Ruth that there was redemption through his wife and that redemption was so great it became the cornerstone for the first 3 kings of Israel and eventually of Jesus Christ who followed that lineage.

Chilion (wasting away, failing, or to end) Foreshadowing his quick death but also how his wife failed to stay with the one who would lead to them back to Israel and who knows what further could have been done. But instead his remnant on earth was his wife who in Moab culture would return to their parents and immediately after mourning find a new companion.

Through Ruth, the redemption plan was able to be fulfilled (being the great grandmother of King David). Even though people lived and hypocrisy so greatly, even if their names were intended with a purpose. Everyone and I said what was right in their eye, and yet a stranger was allowed to come in and usher away of redemption and revival.

On 12/19 I was baptized. Although I wanted to get baptized my way by @brandon_c_davidson the man who shared the Gospel of Jesus Christ that saved my life God was putting it on my heart that I was putting off the clear command he tells us to do. To be baptized, so I didn’t wait for a church waiting list for 3 weeks, I didn’t wait to fly out to Mississippi, I ordered a tub and invited a bunch of people to come to my house as I got baptized by @sleepychxxs . If you never heard the gospel of Jesus Christ, if you never heard about what he has to offer, I encourage you to start asking the right questions. To think about your eternity because this life is temporary and if I were to die tomorrow the question is where would I go? Once I asked myself that and I searched for an answer I realized Jesus is THE ONLY ANSWER. If you don’t believe me search after God, if you don’t have any clue on where to start just pray and say “God if you really exist guide me to what the truth is” and that’s where you will meet him. Glory be to God and thank God I’m able to share this on the day that our Lord and Savior is born.
