For this beautiful organic show I partnered with my good friend @mootts_style to pair two of her recycled purses with my looks. Still can’t get over this amazing event that fosters a community of people dedicated to sustainability & small businesses. More content to come!

✨ designer spotlight ✨

meet deanna mcnally of redesign d (@redesign.d), an up-and-coming maker who is passionate about creating extraordinary art from ordinary textile waste.

a recent graduate of marist college, deanna’s most recent collection “collageable” mixes her background in fine arts and apparel design.

inspired by artists like matisse and yayoi kusama, she explores how visually appealing it can be to stitch found objects together. 🪡

she has discovered beauty in the ability to take random shapes that, on their own may seem like nothing, but when put together create an unexpected masterpiece. 🖼️

witness the magic of textile collaging on fri., 9/27, at @rosehillfarm_ny in red hook! 🔗 link in bio | #HVSFW

So excited to a part of the Marist Collective at the Hudson Valley Sustainable Fashion Week this month! As nature & fashion are my two biggest passions I can’t wait for them to crossover on the runway!

@hv_sfw has created a beautiful show with an amazing group of sustainable designers local to the Hudson valley!
Set in an apple orchard @rosehillfarm_ny this outdoor runway is truly a unique experience.

Looking forward to September 27th follow @hv_sfw for tickets & details! 🌾🌻🪡 by @redesign.d
