For those who’ve been with us and anyone just finding us: we are Innate One, a heavy metal band from Phoenix, Arizona. Still running as a trio and putting in work.
We’re actively looking for the right bassist to join the ranks and take it to the next level. If you bring serious low-end weight and want in, hit us up. Serious players only.
Phoenix metal — let’s connect. 🤘

BASSIST WANTED – Innate One (Phoenix, AZ)
We’re a heavy, groove-driven metal band blending thrash, melodic death, and progressive elements. Think Gojira meets Mastodon, with influences from As I Lay Dying, Born of Osiris, and Pantera. Our riffs are big, the grooves hit hard, and the bass is meant to stand out — not disappear in the mix.
About us:
• Writing and recording our next EP
• Playing 2–3 local shows every couple months
• Planning out-of-town shows before the end of the year
• Serious about progressing while keeping the creative process fun
What we’re looking for:
• Dedicated bassist who can commit to 2–3 practices per week
• Own gear + reliable transportation
• Strong stage presence — we want you to be seen and felt on stage
• Willing to contribute musically (full creative freedom) and help with band expenses (practice space, etc.)
• No ego — “what’s best for the song” is the rule
• Positive attitude and drive to build something real
Bonus points if you can do backup vocals.
If you’re serious, reliable, and excited to write heavy music with a tight crew, hit us up.
Send:
• Short video of you playing (phone is fine — let us hear your tone/groove)
• Info about your experience and influences
• Your availability
Reply here or DM. Serious inquiries only — we’re ready to move forward.
Let’s write some crushing riffs and have a blast doing it 🤘

Over the last month or so I’ve had the pleasure of watching this hummingbird nest outside my window. Watched it start with just momma bird. To a baby with the momma bird, to the baby bird going out on the branch from its nest, to finally leaving the nest. Even witnessed its first flight. It’s was a beautiful example of life’s cycle. Sometimes you just gotta sit back and experience nature.

🔥“Serpent’s Trial” is out now.🔥

No filler. No mercy. Just raw, unfiltered heavy metal.

This track digs into temptation, consequence, and the cost of walking the wrong path… and yeah, it hits like a freight train the whole way through.

Watch the official video now and let it rip.

Turn it up. Share it. Let us know what it does to you.

Written and Recorded by: Innate One
Produced, Mixed, Mastered: Jared Pettit at Windago Studios
Drum Engineer: Mark Gray

You already know I’ve been living that nomadic life in the camper I built on my truck.
Now the next chapter is rolling in.
Meet Luna Havoc — my 1993 E350 Club Wagon with the 4.9L inline-six heartbeat.
Right now it’s a raw restoration project — rough, ugly, and nowhere near done. But this beast is getting fully rebuilt into a modular battle wagon: van life savage by day, tour rig for the band by night.
Same fire. New war chariot.
The havoc starts here.
Restoration journey loading…
Drop a 🤘 if you’re riding along for the build.

Somewhere in Phoenix there’s a room
where the amps stay hot
and the drums never get a day off.

No crowd.
No stage.

Just the room where the noise drowns out the rest of the world.
