Nature seeks balance — and you should trust the process, too. 🌊

Не найшвидша, але і не остання, зате жива 😄
Хоч професіонали скажуть: «це просто забіг», для мене це дійсно був марафон і випробування💪

Взагалі, цю дистанцію може пробігти майже кожен: із зупинками, переходом на крок, паузами на воду й відпочинок. Але моя ціль була — бігти без стопів, без “водних підзарядок” і настільки швидко та ефективно, наскільки я можу 🏃🏼‍♀️

Тому своїм результатом я реально задоволена ✨
Тепер хрещу пальці на наступні 10км🤞

Not the fastest, not the last either — but still alive 😄
Professionals might say “it’s just a run,” but for me it honestly felt like a marathon and a real challenge💪

Technically, almost anyone can finish this distance — with stops, walking breaks, water pauses, and recovery moments. But my goal was to run without stopping, without water breaks, and as fast and efficiently as I could 🏃🏼‍♀️

So honestly, I’m really happy with my result ✨
Now fingers crossed for the 10K🤞
