Officially 3rd strongest 73kg masters in the world!! What a ride! All the training and all the nutrition paid off! Just being on the floor and competing is all I wanted, qualifying for OSG is a feat in itself. Being on the podium, there are no words! I told my coaches I really wanted to make the finals this year. @mkcoaching___ told me…let’s become a world champion! @zackmccarley having so much faith in me to make finals as well! This faith and acknowledgment both of you have given me has helped me through all the life hurdles and nonsense this prep had! I can’t thank you enough for helping me reach beyond my own goals! Finally ready to share my PSL recap! Been really liking the time to reflect and enjoy the moments from each competition. This was my first competition competing as a 73kg with 73 kg weights. These weights were no joke. Really wanted to see how I stood up to this challenge. What an awesome group of ladies, and man what a show! The events, the crowd, volunteers, everything! Main goals on this show was not to zero anything, mission accomplished. I had a blast with all the events but my favorite was actually pulling the deadlift and surprising myself when the bar went up. Im not even going to share my sandbag toss…that was a waste of time for me. Overall tied for 6th place! Most importantly I had fun and enjoyed my day. Huge shout outs of course to @prostrongmanleague for really showing love and care for the athletes. Just made us feel like it was really about us. @the_sweaty_pig_gym for so humbly hosting and making all the arrangements and organizing the volunteers. Without the hustle and effort of them our shows would for sure just suck. @zackmccarley for all the yoda coaching. Keeping me on track and in gear for whatever shenanigans I throw at him. @mkcoaching___ best nutrition coach in the business. No cuts are great! Actually eating the week of a comp is something I could definitely get into. We have Liz & Jamie taking to the comp floor this weekend!

Liz at Victoria’s strongest in Australia making her debut in the u73kg class!

Jamie is competing @prostrongmanleague in America and also competes in the u73kg class for the first time with PSL at least.

Jamie Strong — U73kg Championship 🇺🇸🔥

Jamie Strong has been tested on some of the biggest stages in strongwoman — and now she’s coming to the PSL.

Jamie brings a wealth of high-level competition experience into Salt Lake City, having stepped onto the stage at Official Strongman Games and competed internationally with Ultimate Strongman.

And in 2025, she turned that experience into a World Championship podium, battling her way to 3rd place at the Official Strongman Games Masters World Championship. 🥉🌎

I did a thing! When I did my marathon last year I swore off running. However this year when Shaw Classic was canceled I needed some sort of motivation. Spartan Beast became the new motivation. Originally we signed up for the 10K but my craziness said we had plenty of time to train lets do the beast. Man was that not a good choice. Huge shoutout and thank you to @bailee_packer for being my crazy partner on this mission. I would have definitely taken the shorter trail if you weren’t there to help push me and keep me going. Getting to know you more and enduring this punch in the groin together has been such an amazing time. I’d also like to always graciously thank my hubby @chasingstrong for always supporting me and being there for me, except when I don’t put on more sunblock 😬. Sunburned to the max! Would also like to send all the love to @jenramirez97 for being my training partner and dealing with my shenanigans. Thank you for being such a good friend and even coming out in the heat to watch me. Thank you to @zackmccarley for my programming and keeping me going. The late night texting boosted me up and helped more than you can imagine. Also @mkcoaching___ thank you for keeping me fed and not making fun of me too much for my side quests. I’ve pushed this body so much and it just amazes me what I have accomplished. Also…super proud mom here! My son ran this and kicked some serious butt in this race. He is such an amazing kid! My biggest hope in this life is that I’ve raised my kids and prepared them for life and that they have all the tools to be proud of themselves and be happy. This weekend was for sure one of those moments for my son, and we got to do that together. by @redhotfireball

Our Looney Luna! Our sweet girl….we had to say good bye after 10.5 short years. I picked out this precious baby when she was only 8 days old and her eyes had just opened. What a blast we had. Such a goofball trying to learn her own long legs and big feet as a puppy and terrorizing her siblings. Constantly just laying on the other animals and people. She gave love whether you wanted it or not. On the flip side, all the things that life throws at you, she was there with unconditional love. Never enough time with dogs.I know she’s not hurting anymore and she’s running around chasing family now. Already miss her so much. 💔 by @redhotfireball

What a wonderful and much needed weekend celebrating our anniversary! We stayed at the most extraordinary and beautiful @escalante_yurts and had the yummieat dinner @hellsbackbonegrill . Such an experience. I love every moment I get with my amazing husband and can’t believe I get a lifetime of moments. To my last breath my mossy polar bear 😉❤️ @chasingstrong by @redhotfireball
