Since it’s Men’s Mental Health Month, I wanted to share a little of my journey. Over the last year, I’ve lost 40 pounds, dropped six pant sizes and two shirt sizes, gained mental clarity, and grown closer to God. It hasn’t always been easy, but every step forward has been worth it. If you’re struggling, feeling stuck, or trying to become a better version of yourself, keep going. Progress may be slow, but it’s still progress. Keep going. #SelfImprovement

It’s been a two year process of the change within myself, storms are never easy but they have to subside eventually. Never in my life I thought I would have been tested to this degree but l’ve harden into even more of a rock solid individual. The people along the way, lord have mercy how much I love you all. It took me leaving my hometown to realize what a real friend were, and how much I miss them on the regular. I never thought being away from family would have been a big deal but shit I miss them even more. The saying that you have to leave your place of comfort to level up, I think it might be true... kinda ready to be comfortable tho lol. Many people don’t know my inner life, I like it that way. But to those who do, I’m appreciative of you being there. I’ve learned to make money many different ways, i’ve learned to lose it many different ways. This life stuff is definitely a piece of work, the canvas will never be complete and forever changing.
