Grateful to get to encourage many on their first class, first visit, trail or comeback . I’m one of many members that are ambassadors. Always happy to work alongside side of you, at any point of your fitness journey, it’s all scaled to meet the needs of each person in class . I know I couldn’t do what I do alone.

Guys you know, I love this stuff! But getting to do this with my workmates , including our School Principal no pressure and being able to raise money for mental health would be amazing. Part of the reason I do sport is for my mental health so it just makes sense….
As I’ve mentioned in my stories, I’m happy if you want to pay something and make me do something extra on the day within reason, because I know what some of my friends are like🫣.
Even if it’s $5 to do a 10 pushups, don’t care whatever you can donate would be amazing. It would also make me look good in front of the Big Boss.😏

Of course I’ll be posting my workout because if I didn’t post it, did it really happen?

Felt reflective!

Working hard on everything in life, let’s see happens next . Grateful for the journey…. Most days, mistakes or lessons as well lol.

Luckily I’m surrounded with beautiful people, that encourage me to be better and remind me of my achievements, that I sometimes underestimate, wanting more always for the better. by @redkelly81
