day 225 💞💞💞💞

I have a massive backlog to post cos it's been BUSY and I haven't had time to edit haha but I'm so happy to say my weekly classes are baaaaack!! kicking off with Improvers this month and my girlies nailed it.
Today we just covered skate anatomy, refreshed backwards & forwards, worked on cross pulls and then finished with a big of sassy strut walking 😎😎
Thank you @hanryanmurph & @redkittyy for strutting with me 🥹 nailed it!!!

Day 122 🛍️
For the month of May I'm hosting open practice sessions at the studio and before we wrapped i quickly showed @irenecabo83 and @redkittyy what I could remember of the #barcelonashuffle it's probably all wrong so I'm sorry 😂 but they smashed it either way 🔥🔥🔥
my body was not wanting to skate today but I am soooo glad I did. I missed my girlies and skating at home 💕💕

Yesterday’s drop-in class was such a good one!
We spent the first 50 minutes working on open and closed mohawk transitions, then moved into 40 minutes of drills to build up our front and back dips. There'll be some tender legs today 😂

You all picked up the forward dips so quickly—it was such a joy to watch you take those drills and make them your own.

Thanks to @helxcia for capturing this moment
And shoutout to @jskmfeitosa @redkittyy @honey.plot those dips were looking so good!

Next week is Backwards Skating for Beginners, with a little Jam Skating intro from 7–8:30.
Pop me a message if you’d like to join!

PS - you do not need to be included in any videos. They'll only be taken at the very end of class. While I believe videos help you see where you're going wrong I understand not everyone likes them so it's totally fine to not be included ‼️‼️
