Ok I’ve been holding out on you guys…I’ve discovered this AMAZING #seasoning and it’s my new go to for one stop in the #flavor department been using @unclejammyspgh Golden Dust on my hamburgers ribs and wings and OMG it smacks! When people ask me why they should pay for #mealprep I reply with how much is your time, health, & energy worth? You can find a personal home chef & food consultant that can work with any budget & any dietary needs you may have, such as me @happybellyllc ☺️ I have 2 potential new clients I have consulted with & currently coming up with a meal prep plan & budget for them. One is heart healthy no pork no processed foods. The other on GLP injections & IBS. Both want weight loss low carb high protein low sugar. Recipes made: -Maple Bourbon Salmon w/ Purple Rice & Yellow green beans
-Low Fat Tzatziki Grilled Chicken Salad on low carb low calorie pita bread & marinated tomatoes w/ olive oil & pink Himalayan salt
-Organic #homemade Peanut Butter Dressing Cold Rice Noodle (gluten free) Cabbage & Carrot #salad
-High Protein Low Sugar Farm Fresh Peach 🍑 Baked Oatmeal Crisp
-Homemade Basil Pesto & Grilled Chicken
