NEW MUSIC: Red Light Acid Test get down and dirty on “SKIN ON SKIN,” a smoldering mix of ’90s grunge, devious blues, filthy bass grooves, and sweat-soaked barroom rock. Imagine QOTSA exclusively playing biker bars and you’re getting close.
