Comment START and I'll send the playbook. Every platform quotes you a percentage. Not 1 of them quotes you cash.

Put the same 100 from the same fan through 5 of them and the argument ends. OnlyFans 80. Fansly 80. Fanvue 85 for the first 12 months, then 80. Patreon 88 to 92, but no adult work, so it is in the table for scale, not as a swap. redlike 90, only card fees.

A percentage is a claim. An amount is a test you can run yourself in 5 minutes without anybody's opinion, including mine. And 90 is not 100: processors sit between 10 and 15 for this kind of work, and when ours charges more than 10 we pay the difference instead of passing it down. Anybody quoting you the whole 100 is quoting a number that does not exist.

Showing your face is a business decision. Most people make it by accident.

The first post with your face in it was just faster. No setup, no thinking about the frame. It worked, so the next 40 copied it, and somewhere in there it became the thing people recognise you by.

People do not subscribe to a face. They subscribe to a world. Podcasts, gaming, ASMR, how-to, POV.

The % in the ad is not the % that lands. Every deal has 2 numbers: what they charge, and what reaches your account after everything is taken. Only 1 of them pays your rent.

Run it on the biggest platform. Their terms set the fee at 20% of every fan payment, and their own 2023 filing shows 80 cents on the dollar reaching creators. Published, not guessed.

3 questions that fix any comparison. Before or after card fees. Does it change at month 12. What lands on 100.
