Last night we headed over to Knightwood BMX for some much-needed track time, getting the laps in and starting preparations for the upcoming Deep South Series! 💪 A few changes this season, including: 🚴 New bikes – Getting used to the new setups and finding that extra speed. 💪 New routines – Making changes to training, preparation and recovery to improve consistency and performance. 💧 Electrolytes – Trying a new hydration routine to support training and recovery. Big thanks to @_anita_wong for the introduction 😴 Sleep and recovery – Introducing a new sleep aid in the hope of improving rest and helping with recovery between sessions. It’s all about making small improvements, building confidence and putting in the work both on and off the track. New bikes. New routines.
