What I love about these two passages is that, first, God speaks in Revelation 21 and He says “Behold, I make all things new”. He didn’t say just new humans or new plants, He said ALL things new. He who gives soft hearts and sound minds and the spirit of power and love is making all of those new. ALL life- He didn’t say just humans, He said ALL life- whether you were made in a lab or the old fashioned way, maybe you ain’t even “human”, it doesn’t matter, He said ALL. And then consider the vastness of God, like that’s a whole lot of new y’all. And then God says “It is done”- similar, but oh so vastly different from Jesus’ crucifixion where He said “It is finished”. Beautiful. In the second passage from Revelation 22, Jesus speaks and identifies himself, repeating His Fathers words “I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end,” but then he ADDS “the first and the last.” First God, then Jesus again. A beautiful reminder that He already took care of it, we just need to love God and love one another. These two passages remind me of a drop of water, rippling through, hitting that concave edge, and returning. Come on with it then Jesus, but bring Dad too. 🫶
Jesus said “If you love me, keep my commandments”. God gave us ten beautiful commandments in Exodus 20, including “Thou shalt not kill”. Jesus also says “Unless you repent, you will perish” multiple times in Luke 13. First God said it, then Jesus did it. 🫶
Additionally, I am so looking forward to our existence when no one has to be mentally, physically, and emotionally guarded and everyone can just love up on one another all the time- it’s a choice that we can choose to enter at any given time, group effort y’all, go team go, yay!!! And rainbow bodies folks! 🫶
God if it be Your will, let them all see what I see. You said we could ask anything, please do it all God, do it big, do it now, get all your babies back- but above all else, Your will be done. Thank You God, thank You Jesus, and thank You Holy Spirit, love y’all!!!🫶 by @redneckbeautiful

I was driving around a Texas lake looking for a spot to throw a line in when I passed two young boys about 14, one with what looked to be a limp from birth. I asked them if there was an access point they recommend, they were very kind and respectful and gave me directions to a good spot, you could feel their love for God as they excitedly told me about the spot. As I drove away I thought about how much they love god despite physical difficulties and prayed God would heal them and make them whole so they could run and play football and dance for God. So God said go back. I was like oh man, God, are you sure? Like we are in super weird times right now with kids…. All of the sudden a donkey on the hill that I’m passing to my left that was standing parallel to my car facing the same direction started honking like crazy and shaking and throwing its head! So I stopped my car and I yelled out the window to the donkey, hey! Are you ok??? And then the donkey turned around to face the direction of the boys and laid down and looked at me. I was like you ok now? He shook his head no, honked at me again, and nodded his head in the direction of the boys. Well that was pretty clear. ::deep breath:: ok, but God please give me the words and don’t make this weird! I turned the car around and drove back to the boys. I stopped the car again and acted like I had one more fishing question and i looked the boy with limp in the eye and said you know there’s that part in the bible where Jesus heals that guy, he held steady eye contact with me and said simply yes ma’am. He had such beautiful faith, so strong and so young. We understood each other. I then drove off and thanked God, keeping faith that God healed those boys whole, because it’s by faith miracles happen, bestowed freely bc God is all gracious and merciful. 🫶 by @redneckbeautiful
