Me when I finally flow to Queen Mother Goddess Deya Dova 😍😍😍

This flow perfectly captured the primal divine fem energy her music ensues and I'm so shocked I never flowed to her on camera much sooner!

A tip to the new and emerging flomies still finding their flow is to flow to music you are already passionate about and songs that invoke strong emotions and storytelling features from within! It will be much easier to snap into character, merge yourself with the music, and reach an ultimate flow state.

Much love fam 🩷

Coincidence? I think not!🔥
Ever since mercury retrograde has ended there’s been such a bright and productive energy sweeping through! While most of us are still feeling ups and downs, we can admit things have been brighter and peppier lately!

When I went to my cities weekly flow meetup w/ @904flowmies my mindset felt completely different and I went from a LED-only girlie to doing 4 burns in two hours!

I’m diving deeper into astrology and I know this shift can also be thanked to the strong Leo energy present! I’ve heard that Leo is bold, fiery, a great performer and loves to be seen! I’ve been cautioning/ counseling myself and loved ones on balancing this energy as there may be fiery emotions present in group dynamics, fighting to be seen and heard in the spotlight, etc.

Open your heart, let love be at the root of it all, and trust you will be triumphant!
Happy Leo Season yall 🦁💛🔥

That feeling when you’re already enjoying a house/disco party as a Bass Head and then they play THIS set to end the night!
Take this as your sign to open your mind and be open to different experiences as you never know the people you’ll meet or you may be surprised with your favorite genre after all!
Thanks so much for throwing this amazing community event

“We riding with the flow!” 🌊💃🏽🍵
I am so proud of these Flowmies for stepping out of their comfort zone and joining me in a one hour estatic dance journey!

It was a joy to see them open up more and more, laugh and dance with each other, flow, and ultimately shed the social expectations of society little by little, one song after the other. No shoes, no phones, no talking, no judgement!

These Flowmies really matched my vibe and I can’t wait to see how their Estatic dance experiences blossom now that they know what theyre getting themselves into!

Special shout out to Boatz & Naveah for making the best of this experiencing and being vulnerable in a new environment!
A very special shout out to Raquel & @flowstatesyndicate for allowing me this beautiful facilitation and hosting experience!
Namaste 🙏🏾

Hey Flow Fam! Check out this flowback to @flowfestftlauderdale pre party! This was before I was comfortable spinning fire so I had such a blast experimenting with the new flow toys they left out for us to play with! Fun fact these are actually LED Wands made by @funinmotiontoys yet they are so versatile so I used them as double staffs! Shout out to the fire Flowmies in the back 💚💚💚

My first time debuting my new palm torches at our weekly @904flowmies meetup and they turned amazing under the beautiful Fuller Warren Bridge! 😍

The universe does truly provide! I came to flame festival with only one fire prop that I enjoy and left with two more! Lucky lucky girl surrounded by the most beautiful, kind, and abundant people 💚💚💚💚

Part one of my flame festival recap! 🔥🪭💛

On the third day of Flame I had the honor to spontaneously host a Silk Fans Class and the ladies loved it! This was my first time at @flame.festival yet things aligned so clearly, beautifully, and intentionally!

I found out that each day Flame Fest host “renegade” workshops alongside their official workshops, where attendees volunteer to instruct based on any topic they feel called to share. I felt a little nervous to put myself out there but I also felt a strong called to host this class on the whim knowing that I already have a full lesson plan from my workshops hosted in Jax. My additional silk fans were packed by my partner unbeknownst to me in a “just in case” scenario from his pov.

Most of the ladies were stoked to attend this class as they were sad to see no silk fans class on this years line up. It was an amazing gift to them and a beautiful synchronicity between me and Creator

Use this post as a sign to push through the fear or anxiety and put yourself out there because there truly are people who need you and what your offer to the world! Namaste, A’ho, & Ase 🙏🏾
