2026 starts with new Purpur RATTE content!

2025 was a demanding year in many ways. Lots of changes at work (much love to my team, current and former members) and so many new challenges in private life (even more love to the pack). Not even talking about the world in general going crazy.

Anyway, a welcome distraction and my highlight in our little pedal bubble was when @zahn.band contacted me for a collab on a pedal to be released with their new album. How could I say no? The Purpur RATTE project has been a super rewarding and extra smooth journey so far. 💜

Enclosures turned out great and we‘re now in the process of populating the PCBs before soldering and putting the little beasts together. Stay tuned and all the best for the new year.

Another sweet RAT for the pack, this time from 1987. Reasonably priced. Looks and sounds stunning. 🐀 ❤️ taken in Hameln, Germany by @redsunfx

Who managed to get one? They’re all sold out! Every single PURPUR RATTE, even the prototype was snatched right out of our hands. No surprise really, given the great work from nico @redsunfx

Should we do limited-edition pedals again for upcoming releases from Crazysane Records? What would you like to see?

Today we’re sending out the last batch of pedals — after this, they’re gone for good.

Thanks a ton for the trust and support. And big shoutout to @redsunfx and @ffaabbiiaannbbrreemmeerr — this wouldn’t have happened without you.

So… who managed to snag one? 👀

We actually didn’t plan on posting anything else, but we couldn’t keep this shot of the pedal from you. Huge thanks for all the preorders so far — it means a lot to us.
We’ve got just a handful left, so better be quick.
Alright, we’re off now. See ya! 👋 by @redsunfx
