A meaningful teacher training changes more than the way you lead a yoga class. It changes the way you listen, communicate, hold space, understand yourself, and show up for others. RedTail’s 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training is for those who feel called to teach—and devoted practitioners ready to deepen their practice, confidence, and understanding. You do not need to arrive knowing whether you want to teach. RedTail Power Yoga is a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga School · RYS 200 & RYS 300. Personally led by Maureen Benedict, this hybrid journey begins November 7, 2026, and continues through March 2027. You don’t have to wait until next year to begin something that matters to you. Why 108 Sun Salutations for the Summer Solstice? The Summer Solstice is a seasonal turning point — the longest day of the year and a celebration of light, energy, growth, and renewal. In yoga tradition, Sun Salutations are a way of honoring the sun through breath, movement, rhythm, and attention. The number 108 is often understood as a sacred number connected to wholeness, completion, and sacred repetition. Together, 108 Sun Salutations become a moving meditation — a way to mark the season, honor the light, and participate in community. At RedTail, this is not about perfection or performance. Do what you can. Rest when you need. Modify as needed. Come for all or any portion that works for you. The RedTail teaching team will take turns leading until we complete 108 together. Summer Solstice Celebration Friday, June 19 5:00–7:00pm Donation-based | $10 suggested Proceeds benefit Hudson River Housing Come honor the light with us. #RedTailPowerYoga #SummerSolstice #HudsonValleyYoga #community. by @redtailpoweryoga
