1/2 way through hosting my first women’s retreat. I feel the oldest knowings of Dinah and Miriam, blood and water bearers. I feel the women everywhere proud of me and praying for me to let go of my self criticism, another cage I keep myself bound inside.

I am so thankful to be a steward of the Red Tent, here in Eugene, my traveling west coast Red Tent and the ancient Red Tent being that had chosen me to remember her and love her and recreate her.

Time to get off of here and write a poem for my menstrual cycle poetry book I’ve been creating the last 4 years, and if you have a desire to know more about that or share your personal poetry with me send me a DM.

We need to gather, dance our prayers, speak our truth, and bare witness to the expressions of the women around us. Need we say more?

This is a deep dive on sensuality, spirituality and sexuality.

Have you ever felt like your inner world is being ruled by another authority?
Have you ever felt that your connection with SEX, and GOD have been co-opted by the patriarchy.

COME and RECLAIM your own authority around SEX, GOD, and SENSUALITY!

RADICAL CELEBRATION OF BODY, MOVEMENT, MOBILITY.

COUNTING THE OMER.
Hayom yom echad la’Omer.

If you have been journeying with me, you may know that I have been really struggling with mobility and a childhood diagnosis of Rheumatoid Arthritis. The last 5 years have been an especially challenging time since getting really sick following my long pilgrimage on the pacific crest trail in 2021.

I have been given miraculous healing, alongside lots of trial and error. I have had so many friends hold me in immense grief and disbelief that I would ever move freely in my body again, AND I am celebrating the imperfections inside of miracles.

Thank you seriously to anyone who helped me laugh over the last 5 years. Anyone who supported my healthy and unhealthy dissociation. Anyone who invited me into a safe space to be held and to cry.

Thank you so much to my parents for their support so I could continue navigating truer and truer holistic healing, especially when it was totally crazy kooky and out of their wheelhouse. And bless them for their patience with my hardheadedness.

Thank you, God for allowing me to find my goofy and insane way through the daily bouts of pain and depression that accompany me and live in my body.

I am so blessed for this time. For what feels like I’ve been given another chance to live more peacefully and joyously and ecstatically and orgasmically and outrageously in my own skin and bones these days. Thank you for giving me dancing and friendships.

Yes thank you. More health please. Each and every day.

If you struggle(past/present/future) with joint swelling and pain, or the myriad of symptoms that accompany RA, or the unbelievable amounts of “auto immune”illness in our culture, and you want some solace/support or encouragement, know that I am a resource and I feel you. Your story is healing. Your heart is stronger than you think it is babe. GREAT SUCCESS FOR TAKING ANOTHER BREATH. I LOVE YOU.
