Let me reintroduce myself. REE-defined

Reiki master. Healer. Guide. Seer. Truth teller. Frequency holder.

As this Fire Horse has us running, burning away all that isn't aligned, she is also paving a way for light to shine. In this last 15 year season, the medicine has arrived with unwavering commitment. By medicine, is the knowledge of weaving the pain into beauty and understanding.

Some may believe I have been quiet here, on my personal business site - I was also very loudly publicly and nationally called the Witch of FW in Januaryof 2025 (if we dive into that word, it meant healer and was rewritten).

I simply chose when I was ready to resurface with socials. My work isn't on these platforms. I don’t need a megaphone and my old cheer leader in me to be loud. Those in the work are in the work, it's not my place to force the light.

It never has been.

But there will be moments I share here as the projects unfold & how the medicine begins to be shared + received + embodied.

To My siSTAR, Kelly 🤍⚡️⚡️⚡️
There are people who walk into your life and simply visit. And then there are the rare few who become part of your becoming, who hold space so wide and so soft that you finally feel safe enough to fall apart, and to rebuild.
Kelly is that soft place to land.

She is a magical woman, one who fully embodies frequency, in a way most people don't have the honor to witness, or simply dismiss altogether.

This past year, working alongside her, I've had the sacred honor of watching her gifts blossom in real time. Not performed. Not forced. Just... unfolding, the way flowers do when the conditions are finally right.

My own best work has been happening quietly. Privately. Beneath the surface, where no one can see it yet, where it's still becoming what it's meant to be.

The medicine I've been gathering, learning, integrating, is close to releasing itself organically into the world. But it couldn't have rushed. It needed this season of going inward first.

Because that's the truth so many of us forget: sometimes we have to go inward before we can expand. The roots always come before the bloom.

Through all of it, my siSTAR has held my hand. Steady. Unwavering. Present.

And for that, my heart is so, so full.

Journal entry 8.2.2926
There are stories these walls could tell that the public will never know. Some belong to history. Some belong to heartbreak. And some deserve to remain family.

Growing up in a family business means home and work become one. You witness the sacrifices, the laughter, the hard conversations, and the moments no one else ever sees.

The Stagecoach has been my home for as long as I can remember. It was built on the dreams of my late Aunt Patsy and the grandparents, pool cues fixed by my great grandfather, even the bathroomstalls- doors crafted by him, drapes sewn by my great grandmother, carried forward by my mom and dad, and today continues with my mom and her husband. Every generation has left its fingerprints on these walls.

People walk through these doors and experience music, dancing, and the original honky tonk of Fort Worth. What they don't see are the decades of early mornings, late nights, hard decisions, unwavering commitment, and the deeply personal stories that shaped this place long before they ever walked through the doors.

Every family business carries a history the public will never fully know. That's what makes it real. It's built on love, resilience, sacrifice, and the quiet determination to keep opening the doors, year after year.

Legacy isn't about perfection. It's about continuing. It's about believing that some places are worth preserving because they hold the stories of the people who built them.

This old building has held far more than music. It has held generations of family, countless memories, and a piece of Fort Worth history that still welcomes people through its doors.

The Ballroom isn't mine, never was, but there's more to tell and that time will be a maybe. I am choosing a healthy relationship with my girls, as healthy as it can be as I heal. 💕. Shit I have to heal what I did in the midst of all the rubble. Not one thank you, only a man calling me a whore, the man behind the curtain and the woman who allows it.

Healing the inner child whose abuse came within the 4 walls. So I will be cut off... and freedom awaits.

The question has been asked,
"how have I been restoring?"

The answer has been
slowly revealing itself
and it is one of many layers.

I have been allowing
myself to be still more.
To rest.
Which has allowed
more space for more work.

I surround myself with those
who refill my cup,
who emit and reciprocate
the same energy.

I have been deep in my own
work for 3 years.
When I find moments that show
my old version of self responding,
I immediately give myself grace
and process the information
at a faster speed to
the root of the cause,
which is always generational.

In these photos, they are
the beginning of me, stepping
back into the world without
feeling the need to hide or mask
a layer of myself. I have merged
the shadow with the light which
allows me to authentically
be me and love all that I am.
