as i lifted in my last hs powerlifting meet today; i decided to have zero regrets. as i say goodbye to my highschool sport, i will say that i loved every. single. minute. all of the literal blood, sweat, and tears i have put into these last four year; i will never regret. i have made many mistakes, met new friends, and gained so much confidence from powerlifting. and i will forever be proud of who i have grown to be.

To Lu-Mey: thank you for doing powerlifting with me for these past four years. you are such an inspiration. i love you so much.💓
