Fight camp complete ✅

Just under a month ago I was fighting over in Thailand at the World Championships. I came straight back and went straight into another tough camp with weeks of hard training.

I’m feeling super strong fighting at a heavier weight, and I know the work has been put in.

More than ready to put on a show on Saturday and do everything I can to bring that world title home. 👊🔥🏆

Thankyou everyone involved in my camp

Heartwarming to see so many lovely posts and messages for Kirkwood Walker after he sadly passed away.

He clearly had a big impact on so many people within Martial Arts and outside the sport. Myself included, I was so lucky to watch him train and fight, then be coached and mentored by him. I also worked for him for a few years which I’m sure Kirk didn’t consider himself lucky about but I’m so thankful for the opportunity he gave me and many others at Firewalker.

In the golden era of heavyweight K1 and kick-boxing he fought all the best fighters and is a true legend of the sport. He was a humble as he was funny and carasmatic. He was the perfect role model inside and outside the ring. A truly amazing person. My heart goes out to his family and close friends. RIP Kirk 🔥

Back in 2003 in Thailand I was lucky enough to get to train with Master Pimu and Thailand Pinsinchai at the then WPT GYM all thanks to Tony Myers and Warren Smith. Through Master Pimu I also got to train at the amazing Pinsinchai Gym.

This was quite early on in my fighting days and I wish I’d have spent far more time training and fighting out there. Oh to turn the clock back…

Sadly RIP Master Pimu and Warren who are no longer with us, I’ll never forget what a great sense of humour Pimu had but also how strict and relentless he was, the standards he set had a massive impact on me! I owe so much to Tony and Master Pimu for what they did for me 🙏🏼

A GREAT WEEK FOR TEAM EVO 👊🏼💥

A few big fights & a few big wins! Last weekend @darcy_evolutionmuaythai stepped up to her first C-Class level fight on @s3fightleague in Coventry taking on a tough local girl in an exciting fight. Darcy won via a points decision in a very entertaining bout. Darcy started and finished the fight stronger which was probably the difference in the end. It’s never a boring fight with Darcy in the ring!! 🔥🔥🔥

Then on Saturday on @elite.fightingchampionships @flynn.e6an stepped in the ring for the very first time. He only started training around 8 months ago and all the hard work and dedication he’s shown really paid off for him. Cool, calm and composed he showed a level of skill you don’t often see from such inexperienced fighters. He won via unanimous points which is what he’s deserved. Well done Flynn 🏆

Following that we were at the other end of the scales with @tillythai fighting for the Elite -55kg English championship Title. The 17year old Terror was taking on the much older undefeated fighter who came to upset the Apple cart. From the start Tilly had to be super focused and stick to the game plan. Throughout the fight she had to defend dangerous head kicks and constant pressure but her movement and countering won through with probably her most mature performance so far! All 3 judges gave it to Tilly and she got yet another belt for her collection. This being her first significant one since fighting in the adult ranks. 🥇

We had fantastic support as always, all the coaches and fighters appreciate every penny you spend coming to these shows. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Well done guys. You smashed it 👊🏼💥

Another explosive matchup added to Elite FC’s “Bank Holiday Bash” 🧨

Muay Thai – N Class
Flynn Egan (Evolution) vs Joe Etherton (The Vault)

Two heavy hitters collide on the Elite FC stage as both men make their debuts — and neither is here to make up the numbers.

Egan steps in hungry and determined to kick off his journey with a statement win.

But Etherton has other plans, looking to burst that bubble and make his own mark with a victory on debut.

One stage. Two debuts. No backing down.
