I feel when your going through the things that life can alter or through at you , perhaps healing or dealing with something so hard , We sometimes feel we need Validation or someone to acknowledge where we have gotten or gone through, But honestly that isn’t it, it’s knowing in urself that u are enough, u are strong and u are capable of anything without anyone telling you that .I mean look at ice cream everyone knows how dope it is and it’s not out here shouting it out or getting a celebration it’s just doing ice cream and tasting fiiiiiiine.So work on u for u, be courageous for u, be inspired for u, The rest will just work out. ….#icecream #enough #strong #healing #feelitreelit by @reecehille

Normalize sharing less, normalize achieving goals in private. It’s more real, it’s more raw. But of course still capture the moments when you can.I stepped away from social media almost two years ago more and more each week. Learned something …. Only took 10 years. Life is more fun when you do it for you, for the laughs and excitement ….not for the pics. I always worried when I forgot moments raising Delilah I needed to take photos of everything but I realized if I’m in a safe place , a happy place I don’t forget. And right now that’s the place I am In. Seeing Delilah be herself in a way myself or no one has seen her ever be. She seems free and so do I. The joy in life is endless and the future is pretty darn beautiful. So may be quieter on here but it’s a good thing. I am currently in my “pursuit happiness “ era. All things joy, all things that keep me present , laughing, confident , silly all of it. It’s so easy to get caught up in day to day thangs and I really notice I can get busy in the grind of life and forget to truly remember we are here to live not to exist ,So if it means staying up later to watch the sunsets , spur of the moment plans , bring more active and enjoying the adrenaline of being happy while moving my body , all of it.
