The gym. The travel. The highlights. But the older I get, the more I realise the moments that have changed me weren’t the highlights. They were the honest vulnerable conversations. The people who made me feel seen and allowed themselves to be seen. The moments that reminded me I wasn’t alone and felt deeply connected. That’s why I’m building Surrender. Not because the world needs more content. But because I genuinely believe we’re craving more genuine connection. If sharing more of my thoughts, skills, experiences and lessons helps even one person feel a little less alone, then being uncomfortable is worth it.
