First time getting extensions and… yeah. I get it now. Hooooked.

@reecewalkerhair is a certified mane magician. I’ve watched him transform countless heads of hair, and working next to him has me inspired on the daily — which, tbh, hasn’t happened in a minute.

He’s also helped me fine-tune my own extension work — the little details that make them feel truly seamless.

New hair, new obsession.

Price transparency is important.

There’s no reason to keep your pricing a secret.

Being honest about what your services cost can only have a positive impact on your experience as a stylist and your client’s experience in your chair.

The journey to becoming your client should be bathed with clear+concise communication, transparency, trust, and candor.

The value of the service you see in this video is $3,600. We executed a lengthening application of 20” keratin bonds that were sourced and created bespoke strand by strand just for Jodie.

This service was a collaboration between myself, @laurennhecht & @reecewalkerhair on the beautiful @hair.byjodie for a 1:1 education day specifically focused on creating transformations like this one.

Color X @isabellapapa by @reecewalkerhair

Pretty hair only.

Collab with @reecewalkerhair from yesterday’s 1:1 class.

We focused heavily on a few key facets of a k-tip application that come together create an elite finish.

We created sparkling blends under the tutelage of @laurennhecht . This might come as a surprise, but we used a good amount of a level 2 lowlight diffused into her bonds 🤯

We completed this application in tandem, diving deep into the minutia and nuance of application technique and strategy.

A huge thank you to @hair.byjodie for being our model and @isabellapapa for getting her hair ready with gorgeous sparkling baby lights! by @reecewalkerhair
