It’s impossible to describe the emotions I’m feeling since last night and I don’t know where to start other than, thank you. Thank you so much to everyone who was a part of the Unofficially Official Connecticut Sunset After Party last night and helped each other heal, even just for a little while, once the Sun had set 🧡☀️

First, we are so grateful to @mohegansun for allowing us to use the Sun Patio; without them none of this would’ve been possible 🫶🏼

Huge shoutout to @toastwithtiff for donating the incredible balloon arch for us to take photos with 🧡 (visit their website toastwithtiff.com to leave a positive review!)

Another huge shoutout to DJ Reefaaaa @reefsviews for bringing the absolute best vibes that had everyone on their feet the whole time 🧡

Thank you so much to @ec3con for bringing WNBA cards for everyone and to @sunstiitch for bringing photos/craft supplies to create mementos 🧡

Thank you so incredibly much to everyone who donated directly to this event, we are grateful beyond words for the way the Sun community came through to help make this such a memorable experience for us to have together one last time 🧡

We are so grateful we were able to gift @niyaa.rivers44 the signed banner from the event and we appreciate you spending your time with us so much 🫶🏼

Last but absolutely not least, shoutout to the Shine Squad for absolutely showing out and keeping the vibes high despite the situation 🥲💙

The love in the space last night shows how much this community cares about Connecticut Sun and my heart breaks along side every single one of you who loves this team 💔

The Sun will live on forever through us and I am so proud to have been a part of something so special alongside you all. Thank you to the Mohegan Tribe and Connecticut Sun for giving this community something to fall in love with, we will cherish it forever 🧡💙☀️ @connecticutsun taken in Mohegan Sun by @reefsviews
