This is how to stop doomscrolling. My app works like this: When you watch Reels & Shorts, it randomly kicks you out. You choose how often you want to be interrupted, but you'll never know exactly when it will happen.

• After every interruption, you can’t reopen social media for 30 seconds.

• Basically, you can scroll whenever you want, but you’ll never get stuck doomscrolling.

• ReelGuard does all the work. You have lower screen time. by @reelguard.app
