I truly felt that discomfort. 👇

Like I was doing something wrong just by looking good. Like the way I showed up was too much. Too polished. Too bright. 😬

I expected her to say something about comparison. Something predictable.

💬 But instead she said five words that rewired my brain:

“You’re stepping out of equality.” 🧠

👀 “When you look elevated, you break the unspoken agreement to be like everyone else. What you feel isn’t shame. It’s the fear of triggering someone else’s envy or discomfort. You’re unconsciously taking responsibility for other people’s feelings.”

That hit me like a freight train. 💥

I wasn’t ashamed of myself. I was ashamed of the possibility that someone near me might feel less than.

Then she said one sentence I’ve carried ever since:

💭 “When you dress simpler than you want to, you don’t become closer to people. You only move further away from yourself.” 🪞

That discomfort? It was an old habit. The habit of being convenient. Not standing out. Not making anyone uncomfortable.

✅ Here’s why this matters for your coaching business:

💎 Hermès never dulls its packaging so other brands feel better on the shelf.

And yet so many coaches do exactly this.

❌ You water down your message.
❌ You lower your prices.
❌ You shrink your content so nobody thinks you’re “too much.”

You take responsibility for how your audience feels instead of owning the transformation you deliver.

But here’s the truth: other people’s feelings about your success are not your responsibility. ✨

The coaches I’ve worked with who hit $50k and $100k months stopped asking “Will this make someone uncomfortable?” and started asking:

🎯 “Am I choosing myself, or am I protecting someone else’s comfort?” 🔥

Your dream clients aren’t looking for a coach who plays small. They’re looking for someone who gives them permission to stop playing small too. 👑

So the next time you feel “too dressed up” in your content, your pricing, or your presence, remember: you’re not being too much. You’re stepping into who you were always meant to be.

👇 I felt something crack in my chest at 11:47pm.

I was answering a client DM, eyes burning, and it wasn’t pride. Not a hustle high. Resentment. 😮‍💨

I’d built the “dream business” and I was exhausted, snappy, and terrified to slow down for even one day. I called it dedication. It was a cage I’d designed myself. 🥀

Then I went down a rabbit hole on Brunello Cucinelli that stopped me cold. 💥

And yes, I’m wearing one of his suits as I say this. 🤍

The man they call the King of Cashmere forbids his employees from sending a single email after 5:30pm. No weekend emails. Ninety-minute lunches taken at home. He pays his people 20% above market rate. 🍷

And his fashion house is worth billions. 👑

I’d been told my whole life that real wealth costs your soul. Cucinelli built an empire from a tiny Italian village on the opposite belief: “If I make you work after hours, I steal your soul.” 🕊️

He calls it humanistic capitalism. Growth pursued gracefully. Profit without frying the people who create it. ✨

That reframed everything for me, and it’s what I now teach every coach I work with. 👇

Most of us answer DMs at midnight, post daily out of fear, and say yes to every $500 client because turning one away feels terrifying. We call it commitment. It’s really a brand with no boundaries built in. 😬

But across 1,800 coaches, the ones hitting $50k and $100k months didn’t get there by working more. They built on Structured Ease. Fewer clients. Higher prices. A container so well-designed that their calm became the product. 💎

Because your dream client isn’t buying your 24/7 availability. She’s buying your regulated nervous system. The proof that the transformation you sell is one you live. 👑

From the outside it’ll look like you barely work. Like you’re “unemployed with a mysterious source of income.” 😏 That isn’t laziness, gorgeous. That’s design. 🌿

Cucinelli didn’t dim his ambition to protect his peace. He let his peace become the brand. 🔥

So tell me… do you believe you can get rich without burning out? Or has hustle culture convinced you that exhaustion is just the price of succ

👇 Premium clients don’t buy based on logic…

They buy when you flip the right psychological switches in their brain.

Here are the 5 psychological switches that close high-ticket deals:

1️⃣ The Exclusivity Switch 🔐

“This isn’t for everyone” activates desire faster than “anyone can do this.”

The brain wants what it can’t easily have. Chanel doesn’t sell to everyone who walks in, they sell to those who qualify. 💎

2️⃣ The Identity Switch 👤

Don’t sell a service. Sell who they become.

“You’ll be the CEO who...” not “You’ll learn how to...”

People buy transformations of self. Gucci doesn’t sell handbags, they sell the identity of someone who carries Gucci. 🏎️

3️⃣ The Certainty Switch ✨

Confidence removes friction. “Here’s exactly how this works” beats “we can probably help.”

The brain craves certainty in uncertain decisions. Dior doesn’t suggest their pieces might be timeless, they guarantee it. 💍

4️⃣ The Future-Pacing Switch 🎬

Make them FEEL the result before buying.

“Imagine 6 months from now when...” activates the brain’s visualization center.

Experience beats explanation. Louis Vuitton lets you envision the lifestyle, not just see the product. ⚡

5️⃣ The Reciprocity Switch 🎁

Give massive value before the ask. The brain is wired to return favors, even small ones.

Generosity creates the desire for reciprocity.

Chanel offers champagne and styling before you buy a single item. 🥂

Sales isn’t manipulation 🙅🏻‍♀️

It’s understanding which psychological switches to flip and when, the same way every luxury brand has mastered for decades.

💬 Comment “PREMIUM” and I’ll send you my free training step by step on how to start flipping these switches in your very next sales call.

After closing $100M+ in high ticket sales, here’s what I’ve learned.

When clients ghost don’t wait…

Most coaches would’ve followed up 6 times, sent a voice note, written a paragraph, maybe even dropped a “just checking in!” 😬

I do none of that.

Because here’s what I learned after helping 1,800+ coaches close high-ticket offers:

Chasing kills the sale. Every. Single. Time. 🚨

Think about it. When was the last time Chanel sent you a “Hey, just circling back!” text after you walked out of the boutique? Never. They let the experience speak. They trust the desire they already created. 💎

So after my prospect went silent for 3 days, I sent one message:

🎯 “Hey [name], no pressure at all. I just wanted you to know the transformation we talked about is still available to you. I don’t chase, but I also don’t want your fear to make this decision for you. If you’re a yes, I’m here. If not, I genuinely wish you the best.”

They replied in 11 minutes. Paid in full. $10,000. 💥

Here’s why this works:

✅ It removes desperation from the energy. Your nervous system regulates when you stop performing neediness. And regulated energy? That’s magnetic.

✅ It names the real blocker. They weren’t “busy.” They were scared. I held space for their fear without absorbing it.

✅ It creates a decision point, not a deadline. Just like Cartier does when a client hesitates over a $50k piece. They don’t push. They guide. 🪞

Most coaches lose $5k, $10k, even $25k deals not because the prospect said no. They lose them because they never gave the prospect permission to say yes. 🔥

Your silence after a sales call isn’t patience. It’s abandonment. And your 47 follow-ups aren’t persistence. They’re panic.

The sweet spot? One grounded message that says: I see you. I trust you. And I’m not afraid of your answer. ✨

That’s co-regulation in action. Your calm becomes their clarity. 🧠

The coaches I work with who hit $50k and $100k months stopped chasing and started inviting. That one shift changed everything. 👑

Here are 7 sentences that flip a “no” into a “yes”:

I recently met with a Harvard professor who specializes in luxury brand strategy in coaching.

He said: “Luxury brands don’t overcome objections. They uncover them.”

These 7 questions do exactly that:

1️⃣ “Can I ask what’s holding you back?” Opens the door for them to share the real objection, the one you can actually solve. Dior sales associates never assume, they listen first.

2️⃣ “If we could solve [their objection], would you be ready to move forward?” Isolates the issue and tests commitment. Chanel doesn’t beg, they confirm readiness.

3️⃣ “Is it the price, the timing, or something else?” Gives them an easy way to tell you what’s in the way without feeling pressured. Cartier doesn’t guess, they ask.

4️⃣ “Do you feel like this could get you where you want to go… or is there something I might be missing?” Keeps it collaborative and invites hidden concerns. Louis Vuitton treats every client like a partner, not a transaction.

5️⃣ “If nothing changes in the next 6 months, how will that impact you?” Helps them feel the cost of staying stuck. Hermès doesn’t convince, they let the client convince themselves.

6️⃣ “What needs to happen today for you to feel confident moving forward?” Puts them in the driver’s seat. Valentino empowers decisions, they never pressure them.

7️⃣ “What would need to change for you to feel this would work for you?” Shifts toward co-creating a path to “yes.” Loro Piana builds relationships, not just sales.

The difference? Pushy salespeople try to convince. Luxury brands try to understand.

The best coaches aren’t pushy. They’re problem-solvers.

They know that “no” is often just the start of the real conversation.

After 21 years in sales, I have learned this ⤵️

Chanel has a secret room in their Paris boutique. When a client hesitates on a $12,000 jacket, they don’t chase. They pour tea and sit down. 🍵

That detail changed how I teach coaches to handle “it’s out of my budget” forever 👇

👉🏻 Comment “OBJECTIONS” to get my free objection handling guide.

After working with 1,800+ coaches, I can tell you: “I can’t afford it” is almost never about the money 💎

It’s activation. Your prospect is at their edge and their nervous system just flagged this decision as unsafe. What you’re hearing isn’t rejection. It’s a bid for co-regulation 🧠

Most coaches panic. They slash the price, scramble for a payment plan, or say “take your time” and never hear from them again 😬

Chanel doesn’t do that. They hold the room. Your prospect needs the same from you ✨

So get curious instead of panicking.

Ask: “If the investment wasn’t a factor, would you be a yes?”

No? Your transformation isn’t clear yet. Reconnect them to the result they said they wanted 🎯

Yes? The door is wide open.

Now ask: “Is this about not seeing how this gets you there, or is it about cash flow?”

No pressure. Just clarity.

If it’s value, bring them back to their vision. People don’t pay for modules. They pay for the feeling that transformation is inevitable 🔥

If it’s cash flow, say: “I’d hate for money to be the only thing between you and the support you need. Is there an amount you could start with?”

Most people solve it themselves 💡

The coaches I work with who hit $50k and $100k months stopped fearing this objection. They started seeing it as a moment where their prospect is asking them to lead 👑

Your dream clients don’t need a discount. They need a coach grounded enough to hold space and confident enough to guide them through it.

That’s not selling. That’s enrollment.

👇 That objection is almost never about permission. 💡

Most coaches panic and say “No problem, let me know!” 😬

Then they never hear from that person again.

Here’s what I’ve learned after helping 1,800+ coaches close high-ticket offers:

What they’re really saying is:

🚨 “I don’t feel confident enough to decide alone.”
🚨 “I’m afraid my spouse will think it’s a waste of money.”
🚨 “I need a way out of this conversation.”

And if you just say “Okay, sounds good!”?

❌ You position yourself as optional.
❌ You abandon them in their doubt.

Chanel doesn’t let a client walk out confused about the value of what they’re holding. They guide the moment. ✨

✅ Here’s what to say instead:

💾 Save this for your next call

🎯 Use the Partnership Frame:

📍 Step 1: Normalize the decision 👀 “Totally understand. What do you think your spouse will say about this?”

One question gets them talking about the real concern underneath. 🧠

📍 Step 2: Address what surfaces 👀 “When they ask if it’s worth the investment, what will you tell them? I want to make sure you feel confident explaining the value.”

Now they become their own advocate. That’s co-regulation in action. 💎

📍 Step 3: Close the loop 👀 “I respect that you decide together. Let’s hop on a quick call tomorrow with both of you so your spouse can ask questions directly. Do evenings or daytime work best?”

You’re not pressuring. You’re leading. Dior doesn’t chase. They guide. 👑

💭 Your premium clients don’t need you to wait. They need a coach grounded enough to hold space for their fear and confident enough to walk them through it. 🔥

💬 Comment “RESPONSES” and I’ll DM you 77 word-for-word objection response scripts that turn “no” into enrolled!

💾 Save this for the next time someone uses their spouse as an objection.

👇 My hand froze around the crystal heel…💎

I couldn’t even look at her when she said it…

We were standing in the René Caovilla boutique. I had just confessed I’d lost a $30k client the week before. She hesitated on the call and I panicked. 😬

“You lost her the second you said ‘I’ll be here when you’re ready.’” 💥

My stomach dropped. Because I HAD said those exact words. 🫠

Then she said the sentence I’ve carried ever since:

“When a client says ‘I need to think about it,’ she’s not asking for space. She’s asking for leadership. The moment you say ‘just let me know,’ you hand her the keys to a decision she’s not equipped to make alone.” 🧠

I looked down at the sandal in my hand. ✨

Every crystal hand-set in Italy. A $3,000 piece of wearable art. Do you know what the SA doesn’t say when a client hesitates at the counter?

“No pressure, take your time.”

She holds the frame. She knows the doubt is part of the experience. The pause is part of the purchase. 💎

But coaches? We panic. We rescue our clients from discomfort by saying:

❌ “No pressure, just let me know”
❌ “Take all the time you need”
❌ “I’ll be here when you’re ready”

Every one of those sentences is you abandoning your client at the threshold of her own transformation. 🪞

You’re not being respectful. You’re being absent. 😮‍💨

Here’s what to say instead 🔥

“Of course. What specifically do you want to think through? Let’s talk it out now so you walk away with clarity, not confusion.” 👑

That ONE question keeps her in the room. In the conversation. In her power. ✨

After 1,800 success stories, the coaches scaling to $100k months don’t have better scripts. They have better presence. They lead with grounded, regulated certainty. 💎

Your dream client says “I need to think about it” because she’s standing at the edge of a new identity. Don’t disappear on her. Witness her through. 👑

Comment “FRAME” 💬 and I’ll DM you my Luxury Hesitation Script: the exact words to say when a high-ticket client pauses, so you stop losing clients you were meant to serve. ✨
