What my Sunday reset is all about: calm soul, healthy body, full heart, and radiant skin @jevie.skin 🤍 | AD

Honestly, I try to apply this ”recipe” to all my days not to feel the need for a weekend reset - but I also love to romanticize the little things and make every day special somehow hehe, so I try to make my Sundays all about rest and reset. Not always because I need to, but because I choose to.

Maybe you can give yourself some extra space to rest and reset today - not because you need to, but because you choose to? <3

who turned tomato(!!) red every time she had to speak in public

who always stood quietly on the side, too scared to take up space

… I see you. I love you. I’m so proud of you.

♥️ from older Thomasine, who learned the hard way that being seen can actually be the most life-changing experience - when you have the courage to show up, and be seen, for who you really are.

(and yes baby girl, some people are still gonna judge and have opinions and see someone who doesn’t fit it, but nowadays we say “let them” and shine even brighter <3)

If you’ve been around here for a while, you know that there are two things I really love: intentional routines and self care. To me, my skincare routine is both — an intentional moment in my day when I care for myself to not only look but *feel* my best. Because let’s be honest, real glow comes from the inside ✨

I’ve been loving this natural skincare routine from @jevie.skin. All their products are both effective and gentle, which suits my sensitive skin very well - especially since my perorial dermatitis has been a little extra irritated lately (I skip the barrier elixir around my mouth and nose when I can see some redness and use only the lotion)

It took me 25 years and a burnout to realise that rest and self care aren’t things to be earned — they’re fundamental needs. It took me even longer to understand that sometimes, the greatest form of self care isn’t taking care of yourself, but allowing yourself to be cared for. Even if only for a little while.

I felt so cared for after my visit to @aetheriahealing — not only is the space so aesthetically pleasing it instantly calms my soul (hello most aesthetic spa in Bali?), but the therapists are the sweetest, and my massage was absolute heaven. Thank you for taking care of me! 🤍

Sometimes I ask myself how I got so lucky to end up here, and then I remember that I didn’t ’end up’ in this life - I chose this life. Knowing that we can create any life we want is the best feeling ever ihhh
