some mornings living here feels like winning the lottery🌊

one of my favorite things about this area is that life naturally revolves around the water. whether it’s the beach, the intracoastal, or a waterfront restaurant, you’re rarely far from it.

and here’s something a lot of people don’t realize: you don’t have to live *in* delray beach to enjoy that lifestyle.

there are so many nearby communities, like boynton beach, lake worth, boca raton, west palm beach, palm beach gardens, where you’re still just a short drive from the water. depending on your priorities, you might find more space, different amenities, or better value without giving up the south florida lifestyle.

that’s why i always encourage my buyers to focus on the lifestyle they want, not just the zip code.

living in the palm beaches is one of those decisions that just keeps proving itself right ☀️

you choose palm beach county over miami and suddenly your weekends feel a little less rushed, parking isn’t a personality trait, and a random tuesday night by the water feels like a vacation.

it’s the little things.

the sunsets on the intracoastal. your favorite local coffee shop knowing your order. dinner outside in january. bumping into people you know around town.

the palm beaches have this way of feeling both exciting and easy at the same time.

every season, every weekend, every time i find myself watching the sunset, i think the same thing:

i genuinely couldn’t imagine living anywhere else🤍

oh, all there is to do in Delray Beach is early bird dinner and bingo? 🤔

here are 3 things that prove we’re anything but boring:

👉🏻 the nightlife: Bounce, Tin Roof, Good Night John Boy, THRŌW Social — four completely different vibes, all within walking distance, all open until 2am. pick one. or all four!

👉🏻 PopStroke: elevated mini golf with a full bar, smash burgers, and ice cream. your grandpa might actually want to try this one… but good luck keeping up with him.

👉🏻 the fitness scene: beach yoga, reformer pilates, crossfit with a cold plunge, and run clubs that actually show up — the community here doesn’t slow down, it just finds a new way to sweat.

one of the newest additions to atlantic ave 🌵✨

we recently stopped by geronimo tequila bar & southwest grill and had a great time! the space is really cool inside, i loved the indoor-outdoor feel of the restaurant and there were so many options on the menu that i’ll definitely have to go back and try more

i can definitely see this becoming a popular spot for happy hour, live music, and nights out in delray!

fun fact: this is actually geronimo’s first florida location. the restaurant is inspired by the style and flavors of santa fe, new mexico, which gives it a different feel than your typical mexican restaurant... they’re also known for having an incredible tequila selection (didn’t put this one to the test) plus plenty of cocktail and even mocktail options.
