From being voted “most likely to never stop partying” in our yearbook, causing havoc around school, raving till ungodly hours of the morning... now we’ve made a damn movie together. I’m so grateful and happy you trusted me to bring these ideas to life along with a team of people we know and love. The party NUH STOP... CLOSER. OUT TOMORROW @yiigaa 🎉

My skin was acting up, eye bags down to my knock knees, moving mad awkward (particularly cause there were 3 cameras in my face lol).. but we got there! I sat down with @bbcbitesize to discuss some of the challenges I went through regarding my body. Without realising, growing my hair was actually a mask to distract how I truthfully saw myself. Although I scream about self care, it’s not just about face masks and listening to my fave Mariah album (butterfly if anyone’s asking x) it’s also about recognising toxic perceptions you have of yourself and finding ways to overcome them.. in your own time and own way. Thank you to everyone involved and creating a space for us young men to discuss topics we usually feel too embarrassed to be part of. Happy Valentine’s Day xo💜
