Today makes a year since I really decided to take control of my life and get my health right. As much of a battle it has been, I had to remind myself to #keepgoing ! From battling mental health issues to physical health issues, I felt like I was neglecting myself for a long time. I decided to stop stressing myself out about things I couldn’t control and take control of things that I could control. Today, my mind is better, my health is better. I can’t complain about nothing but inflation! I’m on this journey to lose 150lbs, this is just the beginning!
