Harley Foxx (They/She/Foxx) is a Performance Artist currently based in Albany, NY
This part time clown, full time Foxx is known for their sultry flair and incorporation of vintage stylings. Foxx has been a professional performer for over 20 years, with their burlesque roots starting 15years ago moonlighting with the Legendary Sapphic Burlesque and Gogo group the Les Vixens in Orlando Florida - while also dancing/ stiltwalking at Walt Disney World
Some notable accolades include Emolesque Fest @coney island, London Black Burlesque Festival, Vermont Burlesque Festival, Salt Lake City Burlesque fest 2024.
This fierce babe is head mistress of The Vamp Vixens, and teaches burlesque, 1960’s gogo and solo jazz vernacular at Art Center of Capital Region Troy, NY.

Roxy has been gracing burlesque stages all across the Midwest for ten years. This multifaceted performer has been known to bring laughs and cause swoons. She is a dancer and official MC for The Goddess Collective. Roxy is also a member of the Villainous Vices.

Blaquestarr is former Georgia native now doing Burlesque, pole, cabaret, and drag performances in the Madison area. They bring years of dance and musical theater performance and a love for all thing nerdy and fandom.

Good morning! We're starting the cast roll out with our Friday lineup. First is our Producer's Choice, Ms Sapphire Ivy! She hails from Bristol, TN but has lots of roots here in NYC. Last year her family came to the festival and showed OUT!
We loved her so much in 2025 that we asked her to come back, and we can't wait to see what she brings us for 2026!
