Can you see the little red pop in this bouquet? One of the sweetest moments, was when Bridget communicated she had saved her prom corsage all these years and wanted us to attach it to her bouquet. This weekend was filled with fashion, design, and endless smiles. As beautiful as Cali and Daniel’s wedding at Sea Island was (and it was STUNNING), their love for one another was even more so. With celebrations spanning multiple days and loved ones traveling from all over, I watched as Cali and Daniel continually found each other in every room. Fully present in every moment, they never lost sight of the reason everyone had gathered: to celebrate their marriage. Hand in hand, they danced beneath the stars, shared kisses under a sky lit with fireworks, and honored their love in the most beautiful way. Their wedding was a beautiful testament to how a celebration can be both deeply meaningful and exquisitely designed. That a weekend filled with Dior, stunning details, and unforgettable events can still be centered on what matters most: two people choosing each other. THE ART OF THE FLAT LAY | JULY 8TH Let’s get one thing straight: The details really do matter. Your clients spend months planning their wedding, expecting beautiful photographs of every intentional curated decision between them and their planner. It’s your job as their photographer to tell the story and highlight all of the little things that made their day special and personal. I have built a reputation over the past eight years as a highly detailed wedding photographer, specializing in flat lay photography. My couples always walk away with beautiful intentional, thoughtfully designed and planned out flat lay images in their galleries. I believe that all of those decisions leading up to the wedding day are so important and deserve to be captured equally as much as their portraiture.
