Styling for The Bird Experience XL at their opening show during Roadburn last week. Dressing all 12 band members and stepping into their musical universe was so much fun.

First time using elements from my newly acquired antique collection with late 1800s pieces, I layered with 1920s bohemian, 1970s fabrics, and touches of theatre clothes.

The Color of Pomegranates (1969) dir. Sergei Parajanov

— A little note on how films like these have shaped my eye long before Epoque existed.

Parajanov’s world, the symbolic, theatrical, a little strangeness always reminded me that clothing can be so much more than a costume in a film.

While working on INHERITANCE, those influences kept coming back: the drama of silhouettes, the poetry of all the small details, that women can carry a whole narrative through what they wear.

Tomorrow I get to share what grew from that.
I can’t wait.

Dressing my friends honestly feels like a dream come true. I’m so grateful to be surrounded by people who inspire me endlessly, and Runa is definitely one of them. We’ve been friends for years, and I’ve watched her grow into an incredible tattoo artist, always in awe of what inspires het and lately how she weaves her Greek heritage into her art.

Sometimes life moves so fast, I hardly look back. But now that May has started (my favourite month, speaking like a true Taurus) I took the time to select a few of my best vintage finds from last month. Packing this order made me realize one thing—I am way too stubborn. I was *convinced* this gorgeous vintage Lammy coat would fit in my usual packaging… Spoiler: It did not.😂 👀

Preparing my orders is honestly one of my favorite parts of the process. It’s my last moment with each piece before it goes to their new owner. I always think about where I found it, and where it’s headed next. I truly love every single item I sell, and my hope is that they become someone’s next lifetime piece.
