Did you know Firstdraft started as a Cold-War Air Raid Shelter?
Since 1986, we’ve kept it stocked— not with supplies, but over eighty exhibitions each year, every year, for forty years.
This EOFY, we’re finally ready to come out of our vault— and we’re taking donations for honorary membership to join our Firstdraft Artist Survival League, dedicated to preserving and sustaining contemporary art.
Every donation helps support contemporary art— donations over $40 come with a guaranteed honorary space in our bunker and a pin signifying your pre-eminent role in our utopian project.
